Return & Refund Policy

At Kachey Clothing, our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size or color, ordering by mistake, or simply changing your mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at kcl@kacheyclothing.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. 

You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically instruct you to do so. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement/reprint or refund.

Incorrect Size or Color

Please carefully review the product's size chart and product information before placing your order.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges when the customer selects the wrong size or color.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at kcl@kacheyclothing.com.

Because orders may enter production quickly, cancellation or changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived, please contact us at kcl@kacheyclothing.com with your order number and shipping information so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders affected by an incorrect or incomplete address may not qualify for a refund or free replacement.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
